  4. Norton Commander. It implements a true file
  5. oriented approach with template files and is
  6. also able to handle long file names even in 
  7. MS-Windows V3.1. It does not require a mouse 
  8. and is thus usefull for Notebooks. It uses
  9. the 4DOS "descript.ion" file format.
